These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at versola.kz and its subdomains (the "Website"), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Georgii Kovalev, trading as "Versola" ("Versola", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to the Website only. Use of the Versola software itself is governed by a separate license — see Section 4 below.

2. Use of the Website

You may browse the Website and its documentation freely. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its underlying systems
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Website (e.g. through automated scraping that degrades service, denial-of-service attempts)
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through the contact form

3. Contact Form and Inquiries

The contact form is provided to let you reach us about commercial licensing, support, or general inquiries. Submitting the form does not create any contractual relationship, license grant, or obligation on either party — it is the first step toward a conversation.

Any commercial terms, pricing, or service commitments are only binding once set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

4. Software License

The Versola software is source-available and distributed under the Versola Community License, which is a separate document from these Terms and governs how you may use, self-host, and modify the software. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to the software beyond what is stated in that license.

5. Intellectual Property

The Website's design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding the Versola software, which is licensed separately) are owned by Versola or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Versola" and the Versola logo are trademarks of Versola. You may not use them without prior written permission, except as reasonably necessary to reference or link to the Website.

6. Third-Party Services

The contact form is processed using a third-party service (Google Apps Script). By submitting the form, you acknowledge that your submission is transmitted to and processed by that third party in order to deliver your inquiry to us. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
